CBS Announces Finale Dates for "The Amazing Race" and "Survivor"
As previously reported, their latest cycles will wrap on Sunday, December 8 and Sunday, December 15, respectively.

CBS ANNOUNCES FINALE DATES FOR "THE AMAZING RACE" AND "SURVIVOR"

The Winner of "The Amazing Race" Will Cross the Finish Line on Sunday, Dec. 8, 8:00-10:00 PM

The Sole "Survivor" Will Be Revealed on Sunday, Dec. 15, 8:00-10:00 PM, Followed by the One-Hour LIVE Reunion Show, Hosted by Jeff Probst

The winners of THE AMAZING RACE and SURVIVOR: BLOOD vs. WATER will each be revealed in special two-hour finales in December.

The season finale of THE AMAZING RACE will be broadcast Sunday, Dec. 8 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT). The final four Teams start in Tokyo where they'll find themselves rolling through a human bowling competition and stripping down for a phone call at the bottom of a giant fish bowl. Ultimately, the final three Teams will sprint to the finish line in Alaska for the one million dollar prize. This season's edition is averaging 9.67 million viewers, 2.4/06 in adults 18-49 and 3.2/07 in adults 25-54.

After a battle consisting of former players competing with - and against - their loved ones, the sole Survivor will be named on the finale of SURVIVOR: BLOOD vs. WATER, Sunday Dec. 15 (8:00-10:00PM ET/PT). The finale will be followed by the one-hour live reunion show, hosted by Jeff Probst, where all the castaways and their loved ones will be reunited for the first time to share their thoughts on the season.

SURVIVOR is the #2-ranked reality franchise on broadcast television in adults 18-49, winning its time period in viewers (10.86m), adults 25-54 (4.0/11) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09).

Jerry Bruckheimer, Bertram van Munster, Jonathan Littman, Elise Doganieri and Mark Vertullo are the executive producers for Jerry Bruckheimer Television and Earthview Inc. in association with ABC Studios and Amazing Race Productions. Phil Keoghan hosts. THE AMAZING RACE was created by Bertram van Munster and Elise Doganieri. THE AMAZING RACE is a nine-time Emmy Award winner for "Outstanding Reality Competition Program."

SURVIVOR is hosted by Emmy Award-winning host Jeff Probst and produced by SEG, Inc. Mark Burnett and Jeff Probst are executive producers.
