TV LAND TO AIR BILL COSBY'S STANDUP SPECIAL "FAR FROM FINISHED" ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1st at 10PM ET/PT

Bill Cosby's Ten Favorite Episodes Of "The Cosby Show" To Air Starting At 5PM ET/PT

New York, NY - November 25, 2013 - Beloved comedian Bill Cosby comes to TV Land with his latest standup special, "Bill Cosby: Far From Finished," on Sunday, December 1st at 10pm ET/PT. The special marks Cosby's first full-length stand up program in over three decades. In typical Cosby form, he gives his hilarious point of view on topics he knows well, such as relationships, marriage and of course, children.

To get fans excited for this highly anticipated event, TV Land will air a marathon of "The Cosby Show" featuring Cosby's own top ten favorite episodes beginning at 5pm ET/PT on December 1st.

The marathon kicks off with a Thanksgiving episode, titled "Cliff's Wet Adventure," where Denise impulsively invites Martin's ex-wife Paula to join Thanksgiving dinner, while Cliff finishes the family's grocery shopping in the pouring rain. This episode will be followed by other Cosby favorites such as "There Is Still No Joy in Mudville," "Denise's Decision," "The March," "Off to the Races," "Say Hello to a Good Buy," "A Touch of Wonder," "The Juicer," and "Pilot." The marathon will close with "Happy Anniversary," with the classic lip-sync rendition of Ray Charles' classic, "Night Time Is the Right Time," featuring the whole Huxtable family.

The special, which first aired on Comedy Central this past weekend, was filmed at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles this summer with Robert Townsend ("The Meteor Man") directing.

"The Cosby Show" is an Emmy(R) Award-winning sitcom that revolves around the Huxtable family: obstetrician Cliff Huxtable (Bill Cosby); his lawyer wife Clair (Phylicia Rashad); and their children Sondra (Sabrina Le Beauf), Denise (Lisa Bonet), Theo (Malcolm-Jamal Warner), Vanessa (Tempestt Bledsoe) and Rudy (Keshia Knight Pulliam). Every episode is full of Cosby's ingenious storytelling as he guides through day-to-day life as a father.
