HGTV PREMIERES NEW EPISODES OF NINE SERIES

New York [For Immediate Release - January 16, 2014] More international house hunts, fantasy homes tours and dream makeovers are on the way as HGTV offers new episodes of nine popular series, including House Hunters, House Hunters International, House Hunters Renovation, Property Virgins (Egypt Sherrod), You Live In What?, Love It or List It (Hilary Farr and David Visentin), Extreme Homes, Property Brothers (Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott), and Renovation Raiders (Amy Matthews). The new episodes will premiere January-March 2014.

"While we have a number of strong new performers on our programming slate including Hawaii Life and Beachfront Bargain Hunt, we know that many of our viewer favorite programs helped HGTV attract more viewers than ever in 2013," said Steven Lerner, senior vice president, programming, HGTV and DIY Network. "With the continued success of the House Hunters franchise, Love It or List It and Property Brothers, viewers seem to never tire of real estate, renovation and peeking inside other peoples' homes."

Host and real estate agent Egypt Sherrod returns for a new season of Property Virgins, airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. ET/PT, in which she helps first-time home seekers manage their expectations and accept the reality of what they can actually afford. In new episodes of Love It or List It, premiering Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT beginning February 17, real estate expert David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr compete for the homeowners' final decision to either renovate their home or sell it. Each one-hour episode features David as he finds tempting for-sale homes that fulfill the homeowners' current needs, while Hilary pulls out all the stops to give the current house an awe-inspiring transformation.

From spectacular kitchens to gorgeous living rooms, the new season of Renovation Raiders, premiering Thursday, March 6, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, reveals what happens when unsuspecting homeowners head out to dinner and return hours later to a totally renovated space. Each episode features licensed contractor Amy Matthews and her team as they sneak in and pull off the ultimate stealth home makeover in less than four hours. Beginning Wednesday, March 12, at 9 p.m. ET/PT, fan favorite contractor Jonathan Scott and real estate expert Drew Scott return in new episodes of Property Brothers. The series stars the dynamic twin brothers as they combine their skills to help families find, buy and transform a fixer-upper into a dream home.

From January to March, new seasons of the beloved House Hunters franchise premiere on HGTV, including House Hunters (weekdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT), House Hunters International (weekdays at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT) and House Hunters Renovation (Saturday, March 22, at 10 p.m. ET/PT) and far out homes are showcased in new episodes of You Live In What? in January and in Extreme Homes, premiering in March.
