NBC Sports Group Adds Live Coverage of Atlantic 10 Men's Championship First Round Games
NBCSN will present first-round Games 2 and 3, and select NBC Sports Regional Networks will televise coverage of Games 1 and 4.

More Than 16 Hours of A-10 Tournament Coverage on NBCSN and Select NBC Sports Regional Networks

STAMFORD, Conn. - March 3, 2014 - NBC Sports Group will present more than 16 hours of live coverage of the 2014 Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. In addition to the previously announced coverage of the A-10 Championship Quarterfinals on NBCSN, NBC Sports Group has added live coverage of four first-round games. NBCSN will present first-round Games 2 and 3, and select NBC Sports Regional Networks will televise coverage of Games 1 and 4. All games telecast on NBCSN will also be streamed live on NBC Sports Live Extra - NBC Sports Group's live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, and tablets.

Coverage of the first round begins with Game 1 on Thursday, March 13 at Noon ET on select NBC Sports Regional Networks, followed by Game 2 at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage continues through the week on NBCSN and NBC Sports Regional Networks. Further information on all game telecasts is listed below.

Mike Corey will manage play-by-play for all games on NBCSN and NBC Sports Regional Networks. Analyst David Kaplan will join Corey for Games 1 and 2 of the first round, and Game 1 of the Quarterfinals. Kaplan will also serve as a reporter for Games 2, 3 and 4 of the Quarterfinals. Former NBA head coach and NBCSN analyst Stan Van Gundy will join Corey for Games 3 and 4 of the first round, and Games 2, 3, and 4 of the Quarterfinals.

Dave Briggs will host NBCSN's college basketball studio show and will be joined by former New Jersey Nets and UCONN forward Donny Marshall.

NBC Sports Live Extra - NBC Sports Group's live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, and tablets - will live stream coverage of all A-10 Men's Basketball Championship games telecast on NBCSN.

Coverage will be streamed via "TV Everywhere," the media industry's effort to make quality content available to MVPD customers both in and out of the home and on multiple platforms.

For desktops, NBC Sports Live Extra can be accessed at NBCSports.com/liveextra. The NBC Sports Live Extra app for mobile devices and tablets is available at the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, and on select Android handset and tablet devices within Google Play.

Coverage airing on NBCSN will live stream to PCs, mobile devices and tablets through NBC Sports Live Extra, and to the digital platforms of participating cable, satellite, and telco services, via "TV Everywhere," which is available on an authenticated basis to subscribers of participating MVPDs.


In 2013-14 NBCSN will air 25 A-10 regular season games featuring all 13 member schools, including Massachusetts, LaSalle, VCU, Saint Louis, Saint Joseph's, Rhode Island, George Washington, Richmond, Dayton, Duquesne, George Mason, St. Bonaventure, and Fordham.


The Atlantic 10 Conference was formed in 1976 and consists of 13 diverse members across seven states and Washington, D.C. The membership consists of University of Dayton, Duquesne University, Fordham University, George Mason University, The George Washington University, La Salle University, the University of Massachusetts, the University of Rhode Island, Richmond University, St. Bonaventure University, Saint Joseph's University, Saint Louis University and Virginia Commonwealth University. The mission and goal of the Atlantic 10 is to provide an enhanced student-athlete experience through 21 nationally competitive championship sports, while securing strong brand, equity, and revenue resources for its member institutions. The conference is committed to integrity, educational excellence and providing quality equitable championship experiences for more than 6,000 student-athletes, coaches, and support staff.
