FOLLOWING KIMMEL'S STRONGEST POST-OSCAR TELECAST YET, ABC TO AIR A PRIMETIME ENCORE OF SUNDAY NIGHT'S "JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE: AFTER THE OSCARS," SATURDAY, MARCH 8

On the heels of Sunday night's ratings success, ABC will air a primetime encore of "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After The Oscars" on SATURDAY, MARCH 8 at 8:00 p.m., ET. After presenting at The Oscars across the street, Kevin Spacey was Kimmel's guest and also a participant in the late night host's new plan to usher the movie business into the 21st century. With the help of some of the greatest talents working in the world of film, Kimmel adapted popular YouTube videos into big-budget Hollywood movies to honor Oscar night.

In addition, Jimmy Kimmel Live's "Lie Witness News: Oscar Edition" has been viewed 68,000 times since Sunday - http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IOExER5PqCQ.

Up over the prior year's special for the third year in a row, ABC's 9th Annual "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars" grew by double digits in Total Viewers (+22% - 6.993 million vs. 5.736 million) and Adults 18-49 (+20% - 2.423 million vs. 2.026 million) to mark "JKL's" strongest post-Oscar telecast ever.

In each of the Top 3 U.S. Markets (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago), "JKL: After the Oscars" outperformed the final telecast of NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" (on 2/6/14) and the post-Olympics debut of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" (on 2/17/14) in both Households and Adults 18-49.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format. Jimmy Kimmel and Jill Leiderman serve as executive producers. Jason Schrift, Douglas DeLuca and Erin Irwin serve as co-executive producers.
