LADY GAGA TO PERFORM ON CBS's "LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN," WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2

NEW YORK - Lady Gaga will do a special musical performance on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, Wednesday, April 2 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

While this will be the first time Lady Gaga performs on the LATE SHOW, it's not the first time she's appeared on the show. She first visited when she sat for an interview with Letterman on May 23, 2011.

Currently, Lady Gaga is promoting her latest album, ARTPOP. She is in the midst of performing seven sold-out shows at Roseland Ballroom, "Lady Gaga Live at Roseland Ballroom," from March 28 through April 7, which will be the last performances at the famed concert hall before the venue officially closes forever.

The LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN is a production of Worldwide Pants Incorporated. Barbara Gaines, Matt Roberts, Jude Brennan, Maria Pope, Eric Stangel, Justin Stangel and Rob Burnett are the executive producers.
