BRAVO MEDIA GREENLIGHTS THREE NEW AND TWO RETURNING SERIES INCREASING THE NETWORK'S AMBITIOUS SLATE

BEVERLY HILLS, CA - July 14, 2014 - Coming off its most-watched second quarter ever in total viewers, and ranking as the #7 ad-supported cable entertainment network among P18-49, Bravo Media announced today the addition of three new and two returning series to its ambitious roster of high quality original programming. Enhancing the network's must watch line-up are new series "There Goes the Motherhood" and "Secrets & Wives," along with a second season of "Southern Charm."

Bravo's first original scripted series, "Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce" from Universal Cable Productions (UCP), will premiere on Tuesday, December 2 at 10p.m. ET/PT. Inspired by the "Girlfriends' Guide" books by Vicki Iovine, the series follows Abby (Lisa Edelstein, "House"), a self-help book author and guru of all things family who shocks the world when she reveals that her seemingly perfect life is a lie. After inadvertently publicly admitting that she has separated from her husband, Jake (Paul Adelstein, "Private Practice"), America's once-favorite girlfriend finds her career and marriage in a free fall. As she starts to navigate life as a single woman in her 40s, Abby turns to her new divorced friends including Lyla (Janeane Garofalo, "Reality Bites"), a legendary no-nonsense entertainment lawyer who is in a constant 'War of the Roses' battle with her ex-husband and Phoebe (Beau Garrett, "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior"), a former model and budding entrepreneur who has a very unique relationship with her ex. Meanwhile, a rival attorney at Lyla's firm, Delia (Necar Zadegan, "Emily Owens, MD"), is hired as Abby's divorce attorney. Bravo recently announced Laverne Cox ("Orange is the New Black") will guest star as Adele Northrop, a Pulitzer-Prize winning war journalist and LGBT activist who presents an award at a marriage equality gala. Marti Noxon, Vicki Iovine, Meryl Poster, Robert Duncan McNeill, Liz Kruger and Craig Shapiro serve as Executive Producers.

Recently earning its first ever Primetime Emmy(R) Nomination in the new category of "Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program," "Million Dollar Listing New York" has been greenlit for a fourth season with all three real estate agents, Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant, returning. Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" franchise continues to see growth and attract a highly affluent audience as the network expands the franchise to a fourth city with "Million Dollar Listing San Francisco." The franchise ranks among the Top 10 most engaging reality series across all of cable and the L.A. and New York editions ranking as the #1 and #3 rated real estate and design shows.

"Bravo's continued success has been driven by our high quality original programming, interactive offerings and innovative multiplatform content," said Frances Berwick, President Bravo & Oxygen Media. "Our 19 new and 20 returning series underscore Bravo's commitment to increasing and diversifying our slate and broadening our appeal even further for our loyal, affluent and engaged audience."

SERIES GREENLIGHTS:

"Million Dollar Listing San Francisco"

Produced by World of Wonder with Fenton Bailey, Randy Barbato, Tom Campbell and Danielle King serving as Executive Producers.

The fourth addition to the successful franchise follows the lives of three ambitious, hot shot real estate agents as they strive to outsell one another, listing some of the most expensive and architecturally diverse properties in America. These brokers-by-the-bay are pushed to the limit by demanding clients, intense competition and complicated personal lives.

"There Goes The Motherhood"

Produced by Magical Elves with Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz as Executive Producers.

Following a high end "mommy and me" group in Los Angeles that is comprised of mothers with distinct and often conflicting parenting styles. Each woman comes to the group, led by parenting expert Jill Spivack, for a different reason and while some admittedly need help, others want to share their parenting knowledge thinking they've figured it all out.

"Secrets & Wives"

Produced by Haymaker and Mike TV with Aaron Rothman, Irad Eyal, Michaline Babich, Omid Kahangi, and Michael Call serving as Executive Producers.

Everyone has secrets - except this tight-knit, ultra-wealthy group of friends and rivals who know everything about each other. But that's just the beginning of the drama for this tangled group as they negotiate life-altering transitions from marriage failures to launching rival businesses to the ongoing hunt for love all under the judgmental eye of lifelong friends who should have their backs.

RETURNING SERIES:

"Million Dollar Listing New York" Season 4

Produced by World of Wonder with Randy Barbato, Fenton Bailey, Tom Campbell and Danielle King serving as Executive Producers.

Three of Manhattan's most relentless real estate agents, Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant, return for another season as they compete for their share of the market and battle to be the top broker, selling the most desired and expensive real estate in New York. Season three was the highest rated of the series among all key demos with the season finale (6/11/14) delivering 1.7 million total viewers, making it the highest rated episode of the season among all key demos.

"Southern Charm" Season Two

Produced by Haymaker Productions with Aaron Rothman, Irad Eyal, Whitney Sudler-Smith, Brian Kestner, Jason Weinberg, Jessica Chesler and Megan Estrada serving as Executive Producers.

The notoriously closed society of Charleston, South Carolina unlocks the gates to reveal a unique and insular culture filled with exclusivity, money and scandal that goes back generations. Bound by tradition and ostentation, these modern day aristocrats struggle to preserve their family name while dealing with the constraints of this tight-knit, posh world. Season one averaged nearly 1.3 million total viewers with the season finale (4/21/14) earning a series high 1.6 million total viewers.
