HOOLIGAN SQUAD (Adult Swim, New!) - Aaron McGruder ("The Boondocks") has set up another project at the network, a live-action/adventure pilot "about an American insurgency in Japanese occupied San Francisco set in the near future." Said effort is part of a new first-look development deal McGruder has signed with the channel. LEG's Norman Aladjem and R&G Productions' Steven Tzirlin are also on board to executive produce. AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Noël Wells and John Milhiser won't be returning to "Saturday Night Live" this season, joining fellow rookie Brooks Wheelan and the "Mulaney"-bound Nasim Pedrad (Deadline.com); Leslie Hope is bound for FX's "Tyrant" as Lea Exley in the final three episodes of the season (Deadline.com); Raymond J.
