Velocity's hit series FANTOMWORKS returns this summer with all-new episodes featuring demanding, passionate automotive restoration expert Dan Short and his team from the bustling FantomWorks shop in Norfolk, Va. Beginning this Sunday, July 27 at 9 PM and 10 PM ET, Dan and his team kick-off Velocity's week-long summer programming event DREAM CAR WEEK with all-new back-to-back episodes from season two.

First at 9 PM on FANTOMWORKS, hidden problems with a 1983 Avanti resto-mod pushes and a 1951 Chevy pieced together by a self-taught mechanics push Dan and his team to the brink. At 10 PM a 1977 Corvette Stingray arrives with seven layers of paint and too many problems to count, and work on a 1965 Cobra Kit car spirals out of control when the owner wants to wrap the car like a fighter jet.

In FANTOMWORKS, Velocity takes viewers inside the largest automotive restoration shop in America as every week old cars come in for new restorations, and big time obstacles including irate car owners, personality clashes, cost over-runs, parts problems and walkouts.

Host Dan Short is an automotive force of nature - doing whatever it takes to restore cars to the highest possible standard. If you can't prove to Short that you genuinely care about your car and want the job done right then he won't accept your business. Leaning on of years automotive restoration experience in addition to the qualities of discipline and precision Short acquired in the military, the FantomWorks team runs a busy production pipeline in order to meticulously refurbish some of America's favorite rides.
