Great American Country Goes "Off the Map with Shannen & Holly" Beginning Friday, Jan. 2
The six-episode series features the TV stars as they travel on an adventure-fueled road trip through the southeastern United States.

GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY GOES "OFF THE MAP WITH SHANNEN & HOLLY" BEGINNING FRIDAY, JAN. 2

NEW YORK [For Immediate Release - Dec. 5, 2014] Great American Country kicks off 2015 with the premiere of its new original series Off the Map With Shannen & Holly, starring actresses, former co-stars and real-life friends Shannen Doherty and Holly Marie Combs. Premiering Friday, Jan. 2 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT, the six-episode series features the TV stars as they travel on an adventure-fueled road trip through the southeastern United States.

Viewers voted online on the activities they wanted to see Shannen and Holly tackle, affecting Off the Map production in real time. Now all will be revealed. From tomato fights in Kentucky and moonshine-making in Tennessee, to ghost tours in Georgia and dirt track races in Alabama, Shannen and Holly are game for anything on their six-state tour. Along the way, their mutual love of animals takes them to a horse sanctuary near Lexington where they fall in love with a young foal and to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center where they help the staff tag and release a feisty alligator.

"This was truly a Great American experience," said Shannen. "Not only did we do some amazing and fun things, we also met really interesting, lovely people on this road trip. And sharing the experience with Holly made it all the more special."

"Shannen and I had a blast doing Off the Map," said Holly. "Our fans' participation in the online voting to determine where we would visit and their supportive comments during production made this an unforgettable experience."
