CBS Announces 2014-2015 Season Finale Storylines, Featuring Dramatic Conclusions, Big Reveals and a Couple of Weddings

CBS ANNOUNCES 2014-2015 SEASON FINALE STORYLINES, FEATURING DRAMATIC CONCLUSIONS, BIG REVEALS AND A COUPLE OF WEDDINGS

CBS announced today the storylines for its 2014-2015 season finales, featuring dramatic conclusions, big reveals and a couple of weddings.

MONDAY, APRIL 20

SCORPION (9:00-10:00 PM)

"Postcards from the Edge" - Scorpion, torn apart and uncertain about their future as a team, must come together for their most important mission yet - to save Walter's (Elyes Gabel) life as his car teeters on the side of a cliff.

THURSDAY, APRIL 30

MOM (9:00-9:30 PM)

"Fun Girl Stuff and Eternal Salvation" - Christy (Anna Faris) blames Bonnie (Allison Janney) when Roscoe (Blake Garrett Rosenthal) announces he wants to live with his father, Baxter (Matt Jones). Octavia Spencer, Jaime Pressly and David Krumholtz guest star.

FRIDAY, MAY 1

BLUE BLOODS (10:00-11:00 PM)

"The Art of War" - When a member of the Reagan clan is shot, Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) tries to track down the gang member responsible without letting his emotions get the best of him. Clifford "Method Man" Smith guest stars as Mario Hunt, a well-known member of a gang.

SUNDAY, MAY 3

MADAM SECRETARY (8:00-9:00 PM)

"There but for the Grace of God" - When Elizabeth (Téa Leoni) confronts her former friend Juliet (Nilaja Sun) about being a traitor, she flashes back to when then-CIA Director Dalton (Keith Carradine) offered her a job that would have changed the course of her life. Also, Stevie (Wallis Currie-Wood) and President Dalton's son, Harrison (guest star Jason Ralph), begin a relationship.

TUESDAY, MAY 5

PERSON OF INTEREST (10:00-11:00 PM)

"YHWH" - Finch (Michael Emerson) and Root (Amy Acker) race to save The Machine, which has been located by the rival AI, Samaritan. Also, Reese (Jim Caviezel) is caught in the middle of the final showdown between rival crime bosses Elias (Enrico Colantoni) and Dominic (Winston Duke).

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6

CRIMINAL MINDS (9:00-10:00 PM)

"The Hunt" - When Kate's (Jennifer Love Hewitt) niece, Meg (Hailey Sole), and her best friend, Markayla (guest star Taylor Mosby), are kidnapped, the BAU suspects an online predator engaged in sex trafficking who poses as a teenage boy.

THURSDAY, MAY 7

THE BIG BANG THEORY (8:00-8:30 PM)

"The Commitment Determination" - Sheldon (Jim Parsons) pushes Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting) to choose a date for their wedding and deals with dramatic changes in his own relationship with Amy (Mayim Bialik).

FRIDAY, MAY 8

HAWAII FIVE-0 (9:00-10:00 PM)

"Luapo'i (Prey)" - While Five-0 investigates the murder of a bounty hunter after he apprehended a fugitive hiding out in Hawaii, Rachel (guest star Claire van der Boom) reveals a long-held secret to Danny (Scott Caan) that has serious ramifications. Also, as Kono's (Grace Park) wedding nears, Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) voices his concerns to McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) that Adam (guest star Ian Anthony Dale) is still working with the Yakuza.

HAWAII FIVE-0 (10:00-11:00 PM) - SEASON FINALE

"A Make Kaua (Until We Die)" - On the eve of Kono's (Grace Park) wedding to Adam (Ian Anthony Dale), Five-0 must stop a fanatical patriot intent on starting a new war on terror by detonating stolen nuclear warheads and framing a terrorist leader.

SUNDAY, MAY 10

THE GOOD WIFE (9:00-10:00 PM)

When Alicia (Julianna Margulies) gets a suspicious call from a client, she discovers that he's being held in a secret police facility where people are detained without being officially booked. Michael J. Fox guest stars.

TUESDAY, MAY 12

NCIS (8:00-9:00 PM)

"Neverland" - NCIS feverishly investigates a global terrorist group that is recruiting teens via the Internet, following a deadly bombing overseas that results in an emotional and surprising loss for the team. Mimi Rogers guest stars as a CIA officer.

NCIS: NEW ORLEANS (9:00-10:00 PM)

"My City" - Pride (Scott Bakula) suspects a mole among the ranks as NCIS and local law enforcement continue to track the Broussard Syndicate after new intelligence suggests a breach at the ports.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 13

CSI: CYBER (9:00-10:00 PM)

"Bit by Bit" - Avery (Patricia Arquette) and the team investigate when a power outage in Detroit is used to mask a jewelry store robbery-homicide in which the jewels weren't the target.

CSI: CYBER (10:00-11:00 PM) - SEASON FINALE

"Family Secrets" - Avery (Patricia Arquette) confronts the hacker who released her patients' information when she was a psychologist, and Krumitz (Charley Koontz) confronts the man who murdered his parents.

THURSDAY, MAY 14

THE ODD COUPLE (8:30-9:00 PM)

"Jealous Island" - Oscar (Matthew Perry) becomes weirdly obsessed with living up to Murph's (guest star Geoff Stults) reputation when he finds out that the girl he is seeing used to date the handsome ex-baseball player.

THE ODD COUPLE (9:00-9:30 PM) - SEASON FINALE

"The Audit Couple" - When the IRS decides to audit Oscar and his ex-wife, Gaby (guest star Lauren Graham), Felix (Thomas Lennon) offers to mediate between the contentious exes and suddenly realizes that he might be the reason Oscar was audited in the first place.

ELEMENTARY (10:00-11:00 PM)

"A Controlled Descent" - Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) and Watson (Lucy Liu) take on an investigation of a personal nature when Holmes' recovery sponsor, Alfredo (Ato Essandoh), suddenly disappears. As they delve into Alfredo's life for clues, Holmes questions whether their friend has been abducted, or worse, if he suffered a relapse into addiction.

FRIDAY, MAY 15

THE AMAZING RACE (8:00-9:00 PM)

With the one million dollar prize on the line, the final teams race from Peru to Dallas, where they go to great heights at the top of AT&T Stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys, join a Texas cattle ranch and rappel 500 feet down the Reunion Tower. Phil Keoghan (@philkeoghan) is the host.

MONDAY, MAY 18

2 BROKE GIRLS (8:00-8:30 PM)

"And The In and Out" - Max (Kat Dennings) and Caroline (Beth Behrs) are tasked with retrieving Sophie's (Jennifer Coolidge) wedding dress from airport customs and safely transporting it to the church in time for her big wedding to Oleg (Jonathan Kite).

MIKE & MOLLY (8:30-9:00 PM)

"The Bitter Man and the Sea" - Mike (Billy Gardell) and Molly (Melissa McCarthy) are forced to uninvite Carl (Reno Wilson) from their anniversary cruise following his nasty breakup with Victoria (Katy Mixon).

STALKER (10:00-11:00 PM)

"Love Kills" - Beth (Maggie Q), Jack (Dylan McDermott), Vicky (guest star Mira Sorvino) and the rest of the TAU team continue their search for a serial killer, and Vicky learns some startling information about her ex-husband.

NCIS: LOS ANGELES (10:00-11:00 PM)

"Chernoff, K." - An ongoing case leads Callen (Chris O'Donnell), Sam (LL COOL J), Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) to Moscow, where the team must assume multiple undercover identities to locate their suspects. Also, Callen uncovers new information regarding his father.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 20

SURVIVOR (8:00-10:00 PM)

Five Castaways remain and one will be crowned the Sole Survivor during the two-hour season finale, followed by the Live Reunion Show (10:00-11:00 PM), hosted by Emmy Award winner Jeff Probst.

SUNDAY, MAY 24

BATTLE CREEK (10:00-11:00 PM)

"Sympathy for the Devil" - Milt (Josh Duhamel) survives a car bombing and enlists Russ (Dean Winters) to track down his would-be assassin, leading to startling revelations about why Milt is the way he is and what brought him to Battle Creek.
