SUNDANCETV UNVEILS PREMIERE DATES FOR EMMY(R) PANELS FEATURED IN "CLOSE UP WITH THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER"

NEW SERIES BEGINS SUNDAY, AUGUST 2ND AT 11:00 A.M. ET/PT

NEW YORK, NY - July 1, 2015 - With Emmy(R) voting season underway, SundanceTV today announced the episode roll-out of its new original non-fiction series "Close Up With The Hollywood Reporter," produced in partnership with The Hollywood Reporter.

Featuring panels with Hollywood's biggest names and potential 2015 Emmy(R) nominees such as Amy Schumer, Taraji P. Henson, Viola Davis, Ricky Gervais, Lena Dunham, Bob Odenkirk and Fred Armisen, as well as TV creators including Lee Daniels, Beau Willimon and Damon Lindelof, the first seven episodes of the series will begin premiering Sunday, August 2nd at 11:00 a.m. ET/PT. They will air weekly in the lead up to the 2015 Emmy(R) Awards on Sunday, September 20th. Moderated by Stacey Wilson, Awards and Special Projects Editor for The Hollywood Reporter, the panels present the guests' thoughtful, candid and often hilarious (and sometimes off-color) conversations about the entertainment industry today.
