CHANNEL ZERO: NO-END HOUSE (Syfy) - Aisha Dee has signed onto the second installment as "a stubbornly independent (and a bit type A) Jules. Although Jules is loyal to her longtime best friend Margot (Amy Forsyth), she doesn't always know how to deal with messy emotional situations." (Deadline.com)
CHICAGO JUSTICE (NBC) - Chris Payne Gilbert will guest star in the latest installment of the "Chicago" franchise as a professor. No other specifics were given. (TVLine.com)
COUNTERPART (Starz) - Nolan Gerard Funk will recur on the upcoming drama as Angel Eyes, "a mysterious guest who has been sent to our world from the other side with deadly purpose." (Deadline.com)
GHOSTED (FOX) - The Craig Robinson/Adam Scott-led comedy has received a pilot green light from the network. Tom Gormican penned the single-camera project for 20th Century Fox Television, 3 Arts Entertainment and Gettin' Rad Productions with Kevin Etten tapped as showrunner. Robinson, Scott, Naomi Scott, Oly Obst and Mark Schulman will likewise executive produce. Its logline is as follows: "A cynical skeptic (Craig Robinson), and a genius "true believer" in the paranormal (Adam Scott), are recruited by The Bureau Underground to look into the rampant "unexplained" activity in Los Angeles - all while uncovering a larger mystery that could threaten the existence of the human race."
GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - Titular star Ellen Pompeo will make her directorial debut on an upcoming episode of the veteran drama. Co-stars Kevin McKidd and Chandra Wilson have likewise stepped behind the camera on the series. (THR.com)

LIBBY & MALCOLM (ABC) - Sayeed Shahidi ("Uncle Buck") has joined the cast of the Felicity Huffman/Courtney B. Vance-led comedy pilot as 11-year-old Cassius, "Malcolm's son and a future politician for sure." (Deadline.com)
PASSAGE, THE (FOX) - The network's small screen take on Justin Cronin's book - "a character-driven government conspiracy thriller and morphs into a post-apocalyptic saga with vampires" - has been ordered to pilot. Elizabeth Heldens penned the script and will executive produce alongside Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker, Adam Kassan and Matt Reeves for 6th & Idaho, Scott Free and 20th Century Fox Television. Cronin will also serve as a co-producer.
SACKETT SISTERS, THE (NBC) - Luke Del Tredici has likewise scored a pilot order for his single-camera comedy, about "two estranged sisters who perform a Sully Sullenberger-esque act of public heroism, then are forced to navigate their new found notoriety together." 3 Arts Entertainment's David Miner and Little Stranger's Tina Fey and Robert Carlock will also executive produce for Universal Television. SOMEWHERE BETWEEN (ABC) - Paula Patton has been tapped for the lead role on the summer drama, about "superstar news producer and fiercely loving mom Laura Price (Patton). She isn't crazy: She knows her daughter Serena is going to be murdered. She doesn't know who the murderer is or why she'll be killed, but she knows exactly when it will happen, where and how. Despite this, all of her attempts to keep her daughter safe fail, and Serena's fixed, unmovable, terrifying fate keeps her directly in the path of her killer." (Deadline.com)
SPACED OUT (NBC) - Adam Sztykiel's half-hour project - "a workplace comedy that centers on a working class genius and his struggles to fit in with an established team all made more difficult when their job is building a rocket to Mars" - has landed a pilot order from the Peacock. Warner Bros. Television-based Doozer is behind the project with Bill Lawrence and Jeff Ingold also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
TEN DAYS IN THE VALLEY (ABC) - Emily Kinney ("Conviction") has signed onto the upcoming drama as Casey, "Jane's (Kyra Sedgwick) hip and upbeat young assistant who looks up to her boss as a role model." (Deadline.com)
TRUSTEE, THE (ABC) - Jay Scherick and David Ronn's drama - "a fun, female buddy cop comedy about a driven but stubborn detective who finds unlikely help from her precinct's trustee, a larger than life ex-con finishing out her prison sentence doing menial tasks for the police department" - has been tapped to receive a pilot order from the Alphabet. Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman's Brownstone Productions is behind the hour, which is set up at Warner Bros. Television. (Deadline.com)
UNDERGROUND (WGN America) - Bokeem Woodbine has been tapped for an arc on the show's second season as Daniel, "a skilled stonemason, who has decided to take freedom into his own hands." (Deadline.com)
UNREAL (Lifetime) - Kassandra Clementi and Jaime Callica are both bound for the new season as Crystal, "Chet's (Craig Bierko) new girlfriend and a swimsuit model"; and Xavier, "a hottie dancer and Jay's (Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman) new love interest." (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED CITY MAYOR PROJECT (ABC) - Brandon Micheal Hall ("Search Party") has scored the lead role on the comedy pilot, about Courtney Rose, a struggling hip-hop artist who runs for mayor to promote his mixtape - and wins. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED GRANDY & KALING PROJECT (NBC) - Charlie Grandy and Mindy Kaling's comedy has scored a pilot order from the Peacock. Said effort revolves around Vince, "a charismatic gym owner with no ambition who lives with his younger brother Michael, a gorgeous idiot. Their simple life of women and working out is put on hold when the teenage son of Vince is dropped off on their doorstep by Priya (Kaling as a recurring guest star), one of his old high school flings." Universal Television is behind the single-camera project with 3 Arts Entertainment's Howard Klein likewise executive producing. (Deadline.com)
