SPRING IS IN THE AIR WITH FREEFORM'S MARCH FUNDAY WEEKEND-LONG PROGRAMMING EVENT AIRING MARCH 18 AND 19

Spring is just around the corner, but before you go bouncing into the great outdoors, spend one last lazy weekend with Freeform's Funday programming event filled with your favorite animated classics, starting SATURDAY, MARCH 18, and continuing through SUNDAY, MARCH 19.

The highlights are:

Saturday, March 18

(7:30 - 9:25 a.m. EDT) DISNEY'S ALICE IN WONDERLAND (1951) Disney brings Lewis Carroll's classic tale to life in this beloved animated film. The surprises begin when a daydreaming Alice encounters a White Rabbit who is frantically running late. She chases him into the magical, madcap world of Wonderland, with its kaleidoscope of off-the-wall characters - including Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Cheshire Cat and the manic Mad Hatter, who invites her to a memorable tea party! The crowning confrontation comes when Alice meets the Queen of Hearts who tricks her into a curious game of croquet.

(9:25 - 11:25 a.m. EDT) DISNEY'S SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS The classic animated Disney film that started it all. Snow White lives with her stepmother, the Evil Queen. Jealous of Snow White's beauty, she orders her death, but the Huntsman warns her and she flees for the forest. There she meets seven dwarfs who take her in, but the Queen discovers her whereabouts and shows up in disguise with a poisoned apple that sends her into a sleeping curse. Will Snow wake up and go on to be the "fairest of them all?" Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" repeats on Sunday, March 19, at 7:00 a.m. EDT.

(11:25 a.m. - 1:35 p.m. EDT) HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON Hiccup (Jay Baruchel) is a young Viking who defies tradition when he befriends one of his deadliest foes - a ferocious dragon he calls Toothless. Together, the unlikely heroes must fight against all odds to save both their worlds. The film also stars Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, America Ferrara, Kristin Wiig and Jonah Hill. "How to Train Your Dragon" repeats on Sunday, March 19, at 9:10 a.m. EDT.

(1:35 - 3:40 p.m. EDT) SHREK FOREVER AFTER It started with a lovable ogre... who befriended a talking donkey... and rescued a beautiful princess. Longing for the days when he was a "real ogre," Shrek (Mike Meyers) signs a deal with Rumpelstiltskin (Walt Dorn) to get his roar back, but turns his world upside down in the process. Donkey (Eddie Murphy) suddenly can't remember his best friend; Fiona (Cameron Diaz) is now a tough warrior princess; and Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) is one fat cat! Together, they have just 24 hours to reverse the contract and restore happily FOREVER after to close the final chapter. "Shrek Forever After" repeats on Sunday, March 19, at 11:20 a.m. EDT.

(3:40 - 5:40 p.m. EDT) ICE AGE When a group of prehistoric animals band together to save a human baby, the misfit herd becomes the only hope for the future in this delightful computer-animated treat. The movie features the hilarious character voices of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary and Jack Black. "Ice Age" repeats on Sunday, March 19, at 1:30 p.m. EDT.

(5:40 - 7:45 p.m. EDT) ICE AGE: THE MELTDOWN Manny (Ray Romano), Sid (John Leguizamo) and Diego (Denis Leary) reunite to warn their friends about the danger to their homes posed by swiftly melting ice. "Ice Age: The Meltdown" repeats on Sunday, March 19, at 3:30 p.m. EDT.

(7:45 - 9:50 p.m. EDT) DESPICABLE ME In a happy suburban neighborhood surrounded by white picket fences and flowering rose bushes sits a black house with a dead lawn. Unbeknownst to the neighbors, hidden deep beneath this home is a vast secret hideout belonging to Gru (Steve Carrell), a dastardly villain who, along with the help of his many little minions, is planning the biggest heist in the history of the world: he's going to steal the moon! But his plans are foiled the day he encounters the immense will of three little orphaned girls who look at him and see something that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad. This smash hit boasts a stellar all-star vocal cast that includes Julie Andrews, Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Danny McBride, Will Arnett, Kristen Wiig, Mindy Kaling and more. In a bold move, he embarks on an action-packed adventure and sets out to prove to everyone that he is a true hero with a big heart. As he explores exciting new worlds, he teams up with some unlikely new friends, including feisty misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman).
