LOVE IS IN THE AIR AT WE tv "MILLION DOLLAR MATCHMAKER," STARRING PATTI STANGER RENEWED FOR SEASON TWO

New Season, New Location and New Single Millionaires Looking for True Love

NEW YORK, NY - April 5, 2017 -WE tv announced today that it has renewed "Million Dollar Matchmaker" starring Patti Stanger for a second season. The unscripted relationship show, which features the incomparable matchmaker as she helps her toughest clients find true love, will return with 10 hour-long episodes to premiere later this year.

In the first season of "Million Dollar Matchmaker," which reached 12.4 million total viewers and greatly improved its timeslot, Patti Stanger returned to TV to help a select group of unmatchable millionaires from her past and present who have brought their relationship problems and issues to the exclusive "Millionaire's Club" for a final chance at finding love. In season two, Patti has upped her matchmaking game, taking over the west wing of the exclusive Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles. Each week, two of her hardest-to-match clients will check in for a week-long stay in an elegant boutique hotel, hoping to leave with the love of their life. Unbeknownst to them, Patti's eyes are ears are everywhere as she keeps a careful eye on her clients as they enjoy the hotel, figuring out why they are still single, and then teaching them a few "love lessons" to ensure they're truly ready for "the one."

"Patti's no-nonsense approach to love and dating struck a chord with WE tv viewers, and we can't wait to have her back on Friday nights in an all-new location with new millionaires, using her brand of tough love to help her clients find true love," said Marc Juris, president of WE tv. "In the world of love and relationships, there simply is no equal to Patti Stanger, and we are thrilled to have her as part of the WE tv family."

"I am SO excited to be back at WE tv for a second season of Million Dollar Matchmaker!," said Stanger. "We're now in an amazing, exclusive boutique hotel location, I'm meeting even MORE challenging millionaires that drive me crazy... and I'm in a position to help even MORE people find the love of their lives."

"Million Dollar Matchmaker" is produced for WE tv by Thinkfactory Media ("Marriage Boot Camp") and executive produced by Adam Freeman, Adam Reed, Spike Van Briesen, Rob Lee and Leslie Greif. Executive Producers for WE tv are Lauren Gellert, Sitarah Pendelton-Eaglin and David Stefanou. Patti Stanger serves as Executive Producer on the series.
