ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT (Netflix) - Jason Bateman took to Twitter with the news he's officially signed on for a new season of the series. (@batemanjason)
CHICAGO PD (NBC) - "Law & Order: SVU" showrunner Rick Eid is transitioning his duties to "Chicago PD" next season. He'll succeed Matt Olmstead, who is moving onto an overall deal with ABC Studios. The search is underway for a new "SVU" showrunner. (Deadline.com)
DIFFICULT PEOPLE (Hulu) - Lucy Liu will recur on the upcoming season as Veronica, "a morally corrupt, taste-challenged, highly successful alpha female. Veronica is the book editor who gives Marilyn (Andrea Martin) a chance to publish her own book." (Deadline.com)
ONCE UPON A TIME (ABC) - Co-stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas, Emilie de Ravin and Jared S. Gilmore are the latest to exit the series. Co-creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz confirmed said news via social media. Jennifer Morrison and Rebecca Mader previously indicated their departures. (@AdamHorowitzLA)
RIVERDALE (The CW) - Charles Melton has been cast on the show's second season. He'll recur as Reggie, taking over for Ross Butler from season one. Additionally, Casey Cott's Kevin Keller has been promoted to series regular. (TVLine.com)
