FOX Renews "New Girl" for Final Season

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX has renewed "New Girl" for its seventh and final season.
The news was confirmed by a network spokesperson this morning:
NEW GIRL
· Format: Half-Hour Comedy
· Studio: 20th Century Fox Television
· EPs: Elizabeth Meriwether, Brett Baer, Dave Finkel, Jake Kasdan, Peter Chernin, Katherine Pope, Erin O'Malley
· Logline: An ensemble comedy centering on a free-spirited young woman, her three male roommates and her female best friend, as they navigate modern relationships and form a charmingly dysfunctional - or strangely functional - family.
