FOX SPORTS LOADS BASES FOR 2017 MLB ALL-STAR GAME

New York - Since broadcasting its first Major League Baseball All-Star Game in 1997, FOX Sports has brought memorable moments from some of the sport's biggest stars into the homes of baseball fans across America. This year, FOX Sports steps to the plate to broadcast its 19th Mid-Summer Classic with support from FS1, FOX Sports Regional Networks, FOX Deportes, FOXSports.com, FOX Sports GO and FOX Sports Radio to highlight and showcase Major League Baseball's best.

Superstars from the American and National Leagues face off in the 2017 All-Star Game from Marlins Park in Miami, Fla., on Tuesday, July 11, with pregame coverage beginning at 7:30 PM ET on the FOX broadcast network.

Hall of Famer and eight-time All-Star John Smoltz, who makes his second start as FOX Sports' All-Star Game analyst, is joined in the broadcast booth by seven-time Emmy Award-winning play-by-play announcer Joe Buck, who calls his record 19th All-Star Game. In addition to Buck and Smoltz, two-time Emmy Award-winning FOX MLB Insider Ken Rosenthal and two-time Emmy Award-winning broadcaster Tom Verducci report throughout the game from the dugouts.

Coverage of the MLB All-Star Game begins Monday, July 10, at 12:00 PM ET on FS1 with a special edition of THE HERD hosted by Colin Cowherd with co-host Kristine Leahy live from Marlins Park. Immediately following, FS1 presents a two-hour MLB ALL-STAR PREVIEW SHOW, recapping the first half of the season and highlighting its biggest moments. FOX Deportes

FOX Deportes' MLB All-Star game presentation begins Tuesday, July 11, with a special one-hour pregame show at 7:00 PM ET leading into the game telecast at 8:00 PM ET.

FOX Sports Florida

Beginning Tuesday, July 4, FOX Sports Florida presents 240 hours of Marlins programming over the course of 10 days. The network celebrates Marlins baseball, including 1997 and 2003 World Series replays, replays of the 2017 MLB All-Star Game, a simulcast of FS1's All-Star Preview show and two original All-Star specials.

· One Heartbeat: The Story of the '97 World Series Champions

The 1997 Florida Marlins seemingly came out of nowhere to bring South Florida its first professional sports championship in over two decades. Four years after the team's inaugural season, a group of young players (many of whom would go on to be All-Stars), savvy veterans, and tough pitchers came together to put together a storybook run that ended with the Fish hoisting the World Series Trophy following an epic Game 7 victory. FOX Sports Florida traveled across the country and internationally to interview players for this special 30-minute documentary.

· The Jeff Conine Show

His nickname, "Mr. Marlin," says it all. This hour-long special shines a spotlight on the two-time Marlins All-Star and two-time Marlins World Series Champion. Viewers will get a firsthand look at Conine's career and his path that ended in Marlins teal.

Throughout All-Star week, FOX Sports Florida incorporates live and prerecorded "All-Star Minutes" within live and taped programming. These cut-ins featuring MLB All-Star festivities will come from the FOX Sports studio in Fort Lauderdale, Marlins Park in Little Havana, and multiple locations throughout Miami. Additionally, FOX Sports Florida televises unique short-form "Marlins Moments" throughout the week featuring some of the best moments in franchise history.

FOX Sports Social/Digital

On-site coverage from the FOX Sports social team and FOX Sports' digital arm begins Monday, July 10 with an interactive Facebook LIVE/Periscope simulstream, 'Ask Ken,' featuring lead sideline reporter Ken Rosenthal. Exclusive livestream access continues on Tuesday, July 11 at 6:30 PM ET, as Kevin Burkhardt hosts a digital-only pregame show alongside analysts Alex Rodriguez, Frank Thomas, Ken Rosenthal and Tom Verducci that will stream live on Facebook and Periscope.

Joe Buck and John Smoltz host an in-game Facebook LIVE session from the booth at Marlins Park, where the dynamic pair will breakdown all of the action.

Highlights from the game will be available across all FOX Sports digital platforms and MLB on FOX social platforms.

FOX Sports Radio

Broadcasting across a network of more than 400 stations in the United States, FOX Sports Radio (FSR) offers live coverage of the MLB All-Star Game festivities in Miami on Monday, July 10 and Tuesday, July 11. THE HERD WITH COLIN COWHERD (12:00 - 3:00 PM ET) provides comprehensive, on-location coverage of the 88th annual event, including interviews with players, Hall of Famers and special guests, as well as listener interaction and commentary from baseball insiders and experts.
