BEAUTY (Quibi, New!) - Tyra Banks is set to topline a new docu-series on the short-form video platform, which will "serve as a mirror for us to question societal standards that have defined us - going deep to tackle compelling topics head on in every episode, making you question everything you ever thought was beautiful... nothing will be off limits." Banks will also executive produce for Network Entertainment. (Deadline.com)
BH90210 (FOX) - Christine Elise - who played bad girl Emily Valentine in the original "Beverly Hills, 90210" - will recur on the new series in a yet-to-be-revealed capacity. (TVLine.com)
THERAPY DOG (FOX) - Lisa Kudrow will voice the title role on the animated pilot presentation, about a dog named Honey (Kudrow), "a poodle mix with frizzy hair who has studied Carl Jung and loves tummy rubs. She leads group therapy sessions with the neighborhood animals as they work through issues with their owners and one another. At the same time, Honey tries to find joy in her stagnant marriage to a St. Bernard named Chief and becomes tempted by a wild coyote with a dangerous magnetism." She replaces Vanessa Bayer, who was previously attached. Executive producers Sharon Horgan and Clea DuVall are also providing voices. (Deadline.com)
WESTWORLD (HBO) - WarnerMedia is reportedly emerging as a frontrunner for a new overall deal - potentially valued in the $500 million range - with J.J. Abrams and his Bad Robot banner. The company has been set up at Warner Bros. Television on the TV side since 2006, with active series at HBO, Hulu and Showtime. Apple, home to three of Abrams's current projects ("Lisey's Story," "Little Voice" and "My Glory Was I Had Such Friends"), had also been in the running. (Deadline.com)
