TENDER IS THE NIGHT (Hulu) - Nina Raine has been tapped to write the streaming service's new limited series adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel. David A. Stern, Scott Huff and Playground Entertainment's Colin Callender also serve as executive producers of the project, which was originally set up in November 2018. (Deadline.com)
WE THE JURY (CBS) - Dana Klein and Stephanie Darrow's comedy - about a group of jurors are sequestered together until they all agree on a verdict... and they can't even agree on lunch - has landed a pilot commitment from the Eye. The CBS Television Studios-based project, originally sold a single-camera, has transitioned to a hybrid format. James Acaster, who created the U.K. format, and Kenton Allen and Matthew Justice of Big Talk Productions also serve as executive producers. (Deadline.com)
