Sony Pictures and Higher Ground Productions will present the film

Netflix has licensed the worldwide (ex-China) rights to Fatherhood from Sony Pictures.

Higher Ground Productions, President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama's production company, will present the film, alongside Netflix and Sony
