(Deadline.com)
MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH, THE (Showtime) - Emmy nominee Rob Delaney is the latest to be cast in the Chiwetel Ejiofor-led drama as Hatch Flood, "neer-do-well of a prominent tech family, whose obsession with the work of a previous visitor from the stars causes him to lose everything, including his family." Sonuga will play Melanie, "Pam's best friend and wing-woman. Confident and strong, she becomes overprotective when bad-boy rock star Tommy Lee takes a liking to her best friend." And Clay is Butchie: "A mob guy but not a "Mob Guy," Butchie's malevolence is matter-of-fact and he's tired of what you've said before you've finished saying it. He can't stand clowns, but that's who borrows money at loan-shark interest rates, so he controls himself when dealing with them. Until they f*ck up." (Deadline.com)
POGMENTARY, THE (Amazon, New!) - Manchester United's Paul Pogba is the latest soccer star set to be the focus a documentary series at the streamer, due in 2022: "Prime members will discover his world through previously unreleased footage from his childhood and conversations with his family, friends and teammates. Allison and Nicolas Buckmelter penned the script. (Deadline.com)
