EPIC (ABC) - Sarah Hyland has signed onto the fairytale drama pilot as Rose: "She is as princess-y as princesses come, and about to marry her Prince Charming. But her fairy tale gets upended when he has second thoughts, and trying to preserve her dreams opens her up to an unexpected world." (Deadline.com)
LUPIN (Netflix) - The streamer has quietly renewed the Omar Sy-led series for a third season, in advance of its upcoming second season launch. (assane-diop.com)
MS. MARVEL (Disney+) - Marvel Studios has completed filming on the six-part series, which features newcomer Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, a New Jersey-raised teenager who discovers that she has special powers. (Variety.com)
OUR KIND OF PEOPLE (FOX) - Tasha Smith has been tapped to helm the first two episodes of the series, which follows strong-willed, single mom Angela Vaughn as she sets out to reclaim her family's name and make an impact with her revolutionary haircare line that highlights the innate, natural beauty of black women. SEARCH PARTY (HBO Max) - Michael Showalter and Jordana Mollick's Semi-Formal Productions has signed a two-year first look deal with the streaming service. The company had previously been based at Annapurna Television. (Deadline.com)
TOM SWIFT (The CW) - LeVar Burton will lend his voice to the proposed "Nancy Drew" spin-off as Barclay, "Tom Swift's (Tian Richards) steadfast AI companion and tough-love mentor.
