ABC Cancels Five Series, Including Veteran Comedy "American Housewife"

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- ABC has pulled the plug on five series: veteran "American Housewife," sophomore entries "For Life" and "mixed-ish," as well as newcomers "Call Your Mother" and "Rebel."
The news comes as the network completes its scripted decisions for the 2021-22 season.
Co-stars Kyra Sedgwick, Diedrich Bader, Nicholas Pinnock, Kevin Zegers and Tika Sumpter all took to social media with their respective reactions:
