BILLY THE KID (Epix) - Daniel Webber is set to star opposite Tom Blyth in the drama series as Jesse Evans: "If Billy the Kid hadn't been there, Evans would have been the most famous outlaw taking part in the Lincoln County Wars. The leader of the Seven Rivers Gang, Jesse meets Billy when both of them are teenagers. Unlike Billy, Jesse has already embraced a life of crime: robbing stores and cattle rustling. Billy is attracted to his wild and reckless character and becomes Billy's doppelganger of sorts - his shadow self, forever inviting him over to the dark side of life." (Deadline.com)
CARNIVAL ROW (Amazon) - Jamie Harris's Sergeant Dombey has been upped to regular for the series' upcoming second season. (Deadline.com)
CHARMED (The CW) - Liz Kruger and Craig Shapiro are stepping down as showrunner of the series, handing over the reins to Jeffrey Lieber, Joey Falco and Nicki Renna. Said duo will remain as executive producers. (TVLine.com)

MAGNUM PI (CBS) - Chantal Thuy has scored a recurring role on the new season as Lia Kaleo, "a smart, street-savvy HPD Detective who has been secretly dating Magnum behind everyone's back - including that of her partner, Gordon Katsumoto (Tim Kang).
