HOW I MET YOUR FATHER (Hulu) - Kim Cattrall has been cast as "the future version of Hilary Duff's character Sophie, who is telling her son the story of how she met his father, much like Josh Radnor (and Bob Saget's) Ted Mosby did in the original series." (Deadline.com)
MADE FOR LOVE (HBO Max) - Sarunas J. Jackson's Jay has been named a regular for the series' second season while Chris Diamantopoulos will recur as Hank Walsh, "a debonair, zealous FBI agent tasked with uncovering the hidden truths of The Hub"; with Angela Lin as Dr. Hau, "a medical researcher who works in The Hub and is responsible for overseeing Herbert's cancer treatment"; and Paula Abdul will guest as Anydoors, "an AI hologram assistant." (Deadline.com)
MIGHTY DUCKS, THE: GAME CHANGERS (Disney+) - Co-star Emilio Estevez will not return for the show's sophomore run after producer ABC Signature "made the decision not to pick up Estevez's option for Season 2 after weeks of back and forth with his team over the show's Covid vaccination requirement." (Deadline.com)
ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO (The CW) - Original series' cast member Shiri Appleby will return for the show's fourth season after making a cameo in the most recent finale. Details about her character, Allie, are being kept under wraps. (Deadline.com)
