FOX SPORTS ANNOUNCES 2022 COLLEGE FOOTBALL ON-AIR ROSTER

BIG NOON SATURDAY, College Football's Most-Watched Regular Season Game, Returns

Original Cast of BIG NOON KICKOFF Reunites On the Road Each Week This Fall

LOS ANGELES - BIG NOON SATURDAY, college football's most-watched regular season game, is back this fall on FOX with some of the sport's biggest stars in the booth and on the field. Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt and Jenny Taft return for the sixth consecutive year to call some of college football's best matchups and most compelling rivalries on FOX.

BIG NOON KICKOFF returns with its original cast, Rob Stone, Brady Quinn, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart and Urban Meyer, together again on the road this fall. For the first time ever, BIG NOON KICKOFF travels each week of the season, previewing the day's best matchups from campuses across the nation. A brand-new promo featuring the cast of BIG NOON KICKOFF and the BIG NOON SATURDAY game crew debuts tomorrow, Saturday, Aug. 20, during FOX's BASEBALL NIGHT IN AMERICA.

Johnson, Klatt and Taft open the season Thursday, Sept. 1 at 8:00 PM ET when Purdue takes on Penn State in West Lafayette, IN. The trio is joined by the BIG NOON KICKOFF cast, with special on-site pregame coverage beginning at 7:00 PM ET.

Week 2 of the college football season is highlighted by the highly anticipated non-conference matchup between No. 1 ranked Alabama and Texas, Saturday, Sept. 10 on FOX. This marks Alabama's first-ever regular season appearance on the network, and the first meeting between Steve Sarkisian and Nick Saban since Sarkisian left Alabama to lead the Longhorns. BIG NOON KICKOFF begins on-site at 10:00 AM ET with game action kicking off at 12:00 PM ET.

BIG NOON KICKOFF also features regular on-site reports from renowned storyteller and reporter Tom Rinaldi, as well as longtime college football insider Bruce Feldman. Viewers can also expect remote contributions from the biggest games in the south each week from Clay Travis. FOX Sports' Emmanuel Acho, former University of Washington head coach, Chris Petersen, and host Mike Hill contribute to FOX Sports' college football studio coverage from Los Angeles.

Newly minted FOX Sports play-by-play announcer Jason Benetti is paired alongside former NFL quarterback and analyst Brock Huard, with reporter Allison Williams joining the crew for select games this season. Benetti and Huard kick off FOX Sports' 2022 live college football coverage with a special Week 0 matchup from the Emerald Isle, when Nebraska takes on Northwestern from Dublin on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 12:30 PM ET on FOX.

Veteran broadcast partners Tim Brando and Spencer Tillman enter their eighth year together for FOX Sports, and their 24th season together overall, opening the season in Bloomington, IN, with an Illinois-Indiana tilt on Friday, Sept. 2 at 8:00 PM ET on FS1.

On Saturday, Sept. 3, play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle, a new addition to the FOX Sports college football roster, kicks off the action alongside former Oregon head coach and Pac-12 champion Mark Helfrich when South Dakota State takes on Iowa at 12:00 PM ET on FS1.

Play-by-play broadcaster Alex Faust and former USC standout and analyst Petros Papadakis are reunited for their second season together, starting the year on the call for UConn-Utah State on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 4:00 PM ET on FS1.

In addition, former University of Michigan quarterback Devin Gardner and play-by-play broadcaster Eric Collins pair for another season in the booth, beginning Thursday, Sept. 1 with Cal Poly vs. Fresno State at 10:30 PM ET on FS1.

FOX Sports' confirmed 2022 fall college football schedule is available here. The remainder of the schedule will be announced as the season progresses.
