CBS and The Recording Academy(R) have expanded their lineup for A GRAMMY(R) SALUTE TO 50 YEARS OF HIP HOP, including Arrested Development, Big Daddy Kane, Black Sheep, Cypress Hill, Digable Planets, DJ Quik, E-40, GloRilla, Gunna, Jeezy, Juvenile, Latto, Luniz, MC Lyte, Roxanne Shanté, Spinderella, Three 6 Mafia, T.I., Too $hort, 2 Chainz, Warren G and YG to celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip hop.

The live concert special honoring hip hop legends will be broadcast Sunday, Dec. 10 (8:30-10:30 PM, ET/8:00-10:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+)*.

Previously announced performers included Black Thought, Bun B, Common, De La Soul, Jermaine Dupri, J.J. Fad, Talib Kweli, The Lady of Rage, LL COOL J, MC Sha-Rock, Monie Love, The Pharcyde, Queen Latifah, Questlove, Rakim, Remy Ma, Uncle Luke and Yo-Yo. The special tapes Nov. 8 at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles.

A GRAMMY SALUTE TO 50 YEARS OF HIP HOP is produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment. Jesse Collins, Shawn Gee and Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson of Two One Five Entertainment, Dionne Harmon, Claudine Joseph, LL COOL J, Fatima Robinson and Jeannae Rouzan-Clay serve as executive producers, and Marcelo Gama serves as director of the special.

About the YouTube Theater

YouTube Theater is a 6,000-seat performance venue located at Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination in Inglewood Calif., being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke. The state-of-the-art theater is a 227,000 square foot, three-story indoor venue situated under the same roof canopy as SoFi Stadium and American Airlines Plaza. The venue can be configured to house three different crowd capacities, including intimate settings with minimum capacities of 3,400 and 4,400. Equipped with premium finishes throughout, the venue also offers guests both an interior and exterior balcony, luxury boxes, an industry room, and a private club with premium seats. Opened in August 2021, YouTube Theater is equipped to host a variety of events, including concerts, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.
