NEW YORK [Oct. 6, 2026] Two teams of returning Rock the Block all-stars and two teams of television design legends will battle it out on a new block just outside Nashville, Tennessee, in the next season of HGTV's smash hit home renovation competition series, slated to premiere in early 2027. Rock the Block, which attracted 16.4 million viewers across linear and streaming to its last run, will feature seven fresh episodes hosted by popular carpenter, craftsman and design expert Ty Pennington (Battle on the Beach). Armed with Music City inspiration and decades of design and renovation know-how, the four dynamic duos will take the stage for an epic home reno showdown highlighting classic Southern architecture and small-town living in hopes of claiming bragging rights and a street named in their honor.

Former all-star competitors earning another chance to win will include past Rock the Block champions and married real estate developers Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt (100 Day Dream Home) as well as real estate, home renovation and design pro Mina Starsiak Hawk (Good Bones) paired with real estate expert and contractor Scott McGillivray (Renovation Resort Showdown). The newcomer design legends will showcase interior designer, television host and author Sabrina Soto (The High Low Project) with real estate developer and designer Anthony Carrino (Kitchen Cousins) and Trading Spaces icons, television host and Broadway star Paige Davis with builder and designer Carter Oosterhouse. In a Rock the Block first, this season will spotlight homes that offer identical floorplans and square footage but unique exterior facades. Each team will have seven weeks and a $275,000 budget to transform the properties with their signature vision and custom design style and clinch the highest appraised property value.

"Our viewers are Rock the Block superfans who tune in every season to see the best in home renovation and design," said Howard Lee, Chief Creative Officer, US Networks, Warner Bros. Discovery. "That's why we're bringing back all-stars who've already survived the high-stakes pressure of the block, pitting them against design legends who are new to the competition and ready to take them on."

The homes are built by J'Adore Luxury Homes based in Nashville.
