On November 22, Netflix premieres the documentary series 900 days without Anabel, a never-before-heard testimony about a case that became the longest kidnapping in the history of Spain: the abduction of the young woman Anabel Segura.

Throughout those three years, nobody looked at the clock; the telephone controlled the passage of time. Between 1993 and 1995, fourteen phone calls occurred between the kidnappers and the negotiator representing the Segura family to release Anabel. Those conversations are coming to light in their entirety for the first time now, when thirty years have passed since the resolution of the case.
When watching 900 days without Anabel three episodes, the viewer will access the full content of the tapes and the testimony of the police agents who faced the case and who established, for the first time, the grounds of the protocols for solving an «express kidnapping». The director and co-writer of this docuseries is Mónica Palomero, a journalist specialized in investigation and social denunciation, has also been director and scriptwriter of renowned reporting programs such as Fuera de Cobertura or documentary series such as Malaya. Secret operation. In her words, «Listening to the tapes and obtaining the statements of key sources in the investigation have allowed us not only to dispel hoaxes that existed around this case, but to tell about it from within. 900 Days Without Anabel is the journalistic narration of a story that shocked Spain"
900 days without Anabel, created by Señor Mono (En El Nombre De Ellas) and produced by Iñigo Pérez-Tabernero and Toño Sanchís (Loveo Audiovisual), will premiere on Netflix on November 22, 2024.
