THE DOCUMENTARY WILL LAUNCH ON NETFLIX ON NOVEMBER 29, 2024 AT 09.00 CET.

Netflix today announced Making The Helicopter Heist - a new documentary of The Helicopter Heist, taking us behind the scenes of the single-shot heist episode.

Based on true events, The Helicopter Heist tells the story of the meticulous planning and nerve that went into pulling off one of the most daring and spectacular crimes in history.

The documentary features Daniél Espinosa (conceptual director), Ronnie Sandahl (creator and writer), and the main cast: Mahmut Suvakci, Ardalan Esamili, Erik Svedberg-Zelman, and Wim Elfwencrona. In exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, the cast and creators discuss and break down how they filmed the adrenaline-filled real-time depiction of the infamous robbery.
