Tristán Ulloa Stars in 'El crimen de Pazos', the New Netflix Series Inspired by a True Story

Netflix has announced today El crimen de Pazos, its new series starring Tristán Ulloa (The Asunta Case, BERLIN) and produced by Bambú Producciones, which is currently in production.

In the quiet village of Pazos, Aniceto (Miguel Borines) and his wife Irene appear to be the perfect couple until one night, when she suffers a brutal attack during an apparent robbery. As she fights for her life in the hospital, Elías (Tristán Ulloa), a sergeant in the Civil Guard who is convinced that Aniceto is the perpetrator, faces a system he perceives as unwilling to heed his warnings or protect the victim. With Aniceto free and Irene's life hanging by a thread, will the truth come to light before it's too late?

Tristán Ulloa leads the cast of this four-episode series, which also includes Carlos Blanco (The Asunta Case), Fernando Fraga (Animal), Miguel Borines (The Asunta Case), Marta Nieto (Madre), Verónica Sánchez (Sky Rojo, Ángela), Daniel Ibáñez (Segundo premio), Fernando Guillén Cuervo (Serve and Protect), Nacho Fresneda (The Ministry of Time), and Tito Asorey (The Asunta Case), among others.

With executive production by Ramón Campos, El crimen de Pazos features a screenplay by Campos himself alongside David Orea, Curro Serrano, and Gema R. Neira, and is directed by Carlos Sedes, with Carlos Garcés serving as director of photography. Filming is already underway and will take place in various locations across Galicia.
