(from Netflix's press release, October 2025) Netflix has announced today El crimen de Pazos, its new series starring Tristán Ulloa (The Asunta Case, BERLIN) and produced by Bambú Producciones, which is currently in production. In the quiet village of Pazos, Aniceto (Miguel Borines) and his wife Irene appear to be the perfect couple until one night, when she suffers a brutal attack during an apparent robbery. As she fights for her life in the hospital, Elías (Tristán Ulloa), a sergeant in the Civil Guard who is convinced that Aniceto is the perpetrator, faces a system he perceives as unwilling to heed his warnings or protect the victim.
