TNT Sports Announces Start Times for 2026 NASCAR In-Season Challenge Races, Starting on Sunday, June 28
Second In-Season Challenge to Include Races in Sonoma, Chicagoland, Atlanta, North Wilkesboro and Indianapolis
As the exclusive home to the 2026 NASCAR In-Season Challenge, TNT Sports and NASCAR have announced the start times of the five-race series beginning with the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway on Sunday, June 28 at 3:30 p.m. ET.
Highlights of the In-Season Challenge include three Sunday races under the lights: the NASCAR Cup Series Race at Chicagoland (7/5) at 6 p.m.; the Quaker State 400 at EchoPark Speedway (7/12) at 7 p.m.; and, rounding out Week Four of the In-Season Challenge will be the Window World 400 (7/19) at 7 p.m. from North Wilkesboro Speedway.
The Championship Round of the series will once again be the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway at 2 p.m., where one driver will be crowned champion at Victory Lane and receive a $1 million prize.
Next year will mark the second of TNT Sports' and NASCAR's multimedia rights agreement in the U.S., with some of the biggest moments of the NASCAR season available across TNT Sports' networks and platforms.
The inaugural 2025 year of the partnership saw TNT Sports grow viewership throughout its five-race package, culminating with viewership of July's Brickyard 400 up 52% vs. TNT Sports' first race in Atlanta. TNT Sports' five races also delivered a 48% increase among P18-34 vs. the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series cable average. Bleacher Report elevated TNT Sports' coverage of NASCAR and delivered more than 100 million views across its NASCAR content throughout the five races, helping bring a new generation of motorsports content to fans across its social platforms.
