Hosted by CNBC's Senior Media & Tech Correspondent Julia Boorstin, each episode offers a rare glimpse into the mindset of visionary leaders, revealing how they navigate challenges, drive innovation, and build success. "Leader's Playbook" is designed to inspire, educate, and empower entrepreneurs, executives, and aspiring leaders by uncovering the strategies and principles that fuel exceptional performance.

Every Wednesday starting January 7 through January 28, "Leader's Playbook" will air two back-to-back half hour episodes on CNBC. Featured interviewees include Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos, Netflix CCO Bela Bajaria, IAC Chairman Barry Diller, General Motors CEO Mary Barra, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky, and more.
