CHRIS PRATT TO RECEIVE KING OF COMEDY AWARD AT "CBS PRESENTS NICKELODEON KIDS' CHOICE AWARDS (KCAs)"

"KCAs" to Air Live on CBS and Nickelodeon, Stream on Paramount+ Saturday, Nov. 14

Chris Pratt will receive the iconic King of Comedy Award during CBS PRESENTS NICKELODEON KIDS' CHOICE AWARDS ("KCAs"), broadcasting live from Television City in Los Angeles on Saturday, Nov. 14 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/5:00-6:30 PM, PT). Recognized for his standout comedic performances across film and television, as well as his beloved turns in some of the biggest animated franchises, Pratt will receive the coveted Silver Blimp in celebration of his career, before facing Nickelodeon's iconic slime. Pratt is also nominated for Favorite Male Animated Voice from a Movie for his role as Mario in "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie," and stars in the brand-new "Way of the Warrior Kid," debuting globally on Apple TV on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Said Pratt: "I'm incredibly honored to receive Nickelodeon's King of Comedy Award. I spent most of my childhood trying to make people laugh to get out of trouble. Now apparently you can win awards for it. Pretty sweet deal. Comedy has always been a huge part of my life, and making people laugh is one of my favorite things in the world. Especially kids. I'm grateful to Nickelodeon and CBS for this honor. And if I get slimed, just know I'll be sending them my dry-cleaning bill."

Hosted by multiplatinum GRAMMY(R) Award-nominated recording artist Alex Warren, the "KCAs" will celebrate fan-favorite projects across film, television, music, gaming, sports and more. For the first time, the show will air live on the CBS Television Network and Nickelodeon, and stream live on Paramount+ for Premium subscribers in the U.S., with on-demand viewing available the following day for Premium and Essential subscribers. The show will also be available globally on Paramount+ following its linear premiere on Nickelodeon and CBS.

Musical performances and celebrity appearances will be announced at a later date.

Chris Pratt has firmly established himself as a global Hollywood powerhouse, with his films collectively earning more than $15 billion at the worldwide box office. Up next, Pratt produced and stars in "Way of the Warrior Kid" for Apple TV - an adaptation of Jocko Willink's bestselling children's novel - launching Nov. 25. He just brought Mario to life in the blockbuster hit "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie" in April 2026, which has grossed over $1 billion at the global box office. Pratt made a highly anticipated return to television in "The Terminal List," which premiered in July 2022. Based on the Jack Carr novel and produced through his production company, Indivisible Productions, the series debuted at #1 on Prime Video and was renewed for a second season, "True Believer," which debuted to #1 on Prime Video on Oct. 21. A prequel series, "Dark Wolf," led by Taylor Kitsch, premiered Aug. 27, 2025.
