Rankings: ABC�s aired 2 of the Top 10 programs of the week in Adults 18-49: �NFL Monday Night Football� � No. 9 and �Barbara Walters Presents: Heaven. Where Is It? How Do We Get There?� � No. 10. �MNF� ranked as the No. 1 program of the week in Men 18-34, Men 18-49 and Men 25-54.

Monday

ABC finished second on the night in Total Viewers (11.5 million) and Adults 18-49 (4.1/11), while winning the night in each of the Men demographics: Men 18-34 (3.8/13), Men 18-49 (4.8/14) and Men 25-54 (5.7/15).

�Monday Night Football: Green Bay at Baltimore� (9:07 p.m. � 12:03 a.m.)

ABC�s coverage of the �NFL Monday Night Football� game, featuring the Green Bay Packers against the Baltimore Ravens, drew an average audience of 12.0 million viewers and a 4.3 rating, 12 share among Adults 18-49. In a one-sided game, Baltimore routed Green Bay by a final score of 48-3.

� ABC�s �MNF� ranked as the No. 1 TV show across each of the key Men demographics: Men 18-34 (4.7/16), Men 18-49 (5.7/17) and Men 25-54 (6.7/18).

Tuesday

Tuesday Night (8:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC stood as the most-watched network on Tuesday night (11.6 million), while delivering a solid second place on the evening among Adults 18-49 (3.5/10).

�Barbara Walters Presents: Heaven. Where Is It? How Do We Get There?� (9:00-11:00 p.m.)

From 9:00-11:00 p.m., �Barbara Walters Presents: Heaven. Where Is It? How Do We Get There?� ranked No. 1 in its time period among Total Viewers (13.8 million), Adults 18-49 (4.0/11) and Adults 25-54 (5.1/12). �Heaven� was the most-watched TV show on Tuesday.

� The ABC News special drew the Net�s largest audience and matched its top Adult 25-54 rating in the 2-hour time period since October � since 10/18/05 & 10/25/05, respectively.

Wednesday

�George Lopez� (8:00-8:30 p.m.)

An encore of �George Lopez� finished second in its half-hour in Total Viewers (7.5 million) and among Adults 18-49 (2.6/8). The ABC series beat its comedy competition in the time period, Fox�s �That �70s Show� (4.9 million & 2.3/7) by 2.6 million viewers and by 13% in young adults.

� �George Lopez� delivered its largest audience and highest young adult numbers for a repeat telecast in nearly one year � since 12/28/04.

�Freddie� (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

Retaining 96% of its young adult lead-in, a repeat of �Freddie� placed No. 2 in its time slot in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. �Freddie� outperformed an original episode of the Fox comedy �Stacked� by 2.1 million viewers (6.2 million vs. 4.1 million) and by 3% among Adults 18-49 (2.5/7 vs. 1.8/5).

Sunday

�Desperate Housewives� (9:00-10:01 p.m.)

A special repeat episode of �Desperate Housewives� finished second in its hour in Total Viewers (6.5 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.3/7). In addition, the sophomore series led the hour across each of the key women demographics: Women 18-34 (2.1/8), Women 18-49 (2.6/8) and Women 25-54 (2.9/9).

�Grey�s Anatomy� (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

A special rebroadcast �Grey�s Anatomy� won the final hour in primetime across each of the key adult demographics: Adults 18-34 (2.3/9), Adults 18-49 (2.8/9) and Adults 25-54 (3.1/9).
