ABC Marks its Strongest Tuesday Night Performance Since November

"DWTS Recap Show" Boosts the 8pm Hour for ABC, Opposite "American Idol"

"Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" Shoots Up from its Lead-in, Growing By 2.0 Million Viewers and by 5% in Adults 18-49 from the Previous Week

"Boston Legal" Wins the 10 O'clock Hour with its Biggest Audience Since October

Tuesday Night (8:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC produced its largest Tuesday audience (11.6 million) and matched its top Adult 18-49 number (2.9/8) on the evening since November � since 11/14/06 and 11/28/06, respectively.

"Dancing with the Stars: Performance Recap Show" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

A special "Dancing with the Stars: Performance Recap Show" improved ABC's numbers in the hour week to week by 3.0 million viewers (7.2 million vs. 4.2 million) and by 20% in Adults 18-49 (1.8/5 vs. 1.5/4).

"Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Shooting up from its lead-in by 9.8 million viewers and by 128% among young adults against Fox's "American Idol"-fueled "House" in the 9 o'clock hour, ABC's "Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" delivered a competitive second-place finish in its time period in Total Viewers (17.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (4.1/10). Although CBS enjoyed a lead-in advantage coming into the hour from an original "NCIS," "DWTS the Results Show" moved ahead of third-place "The Unit" (10.5 million & 2.8/7) by 6.5 million viewers and by 46% in Adults 18-49. TV and radio personality Leeza Gibbons was the third celebrity dancer to be eliminated from the ABC dance contest.

� "DWTS the Results Show" grew its audience from the prior week by 2.0 million viewers (17.0 million vs. 15.0 million) and by 5% in Adults 18-49 (4.1/10 vs. 3.9/10).

Boston Legal" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's "Boston Legal" ranked No. 1 during the 10 o'clock hour among Total Viewers (10.5 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.9/8-tie).

� "Boston Legal" drew its biggest audience in the hour in more than 5 months, while generating and its top Adult 18-49 rating since February � since 10/24/06 and 2/6/07, respectively.
