"Big Brother 8" Tuesday Posts the Best Deliveries in Viewers and Adults 25-54 on Any Night This Summer and Matches Highest Adult 18-49 Rating

CBS Wins Tuesday in Viewers and Key Demographics

CBS's POWER OF 10, hosted by Drew Carey, delivered series high in viewers and key demographics while the Tuesday edition of BIG BROTHER 8 hit series high deliveries in viewers, adults 25-54 and matched its best adult 18-49 rating, according to preliminary Nielsen Live Plus same-day ratings for Aug. 28.

POWER OF 10 TUESDAY, which featured BIG BROTHER 8 houseguests Amber and Danielle competing for the chance to win $10 million, was first in households (6.3/11), viewers (9.72m), adults 25-54 (3.4/10) and adults 18-49 (2.8/09).

This was the best performance by any POWER OF 10 broadcast in viewers, adults 25-54 and matched its best adult 18-49 rating.

BIG BROTHER 8 TUESDAY was first in viewers (8.20m), adults 25-54 (3.7/09), adults 18-49 (3.2/09), adults 18-34 (2.2/07) and tied for first in households (5.2/08, with FOX).

This is the best BIG BROTHER 8 delivery on any night in households, viewers and adults 25-54, matches the best delivery on any night in adults 18-49.

NCIS (R) was first in households (5.2/09), viewers (7.69m), adults 25-54 (2.5/07) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06).

For the night, CBS was first in households (5.6/09), viewers (8.53m), adults 25-54 (3.2/09) and adults 18-49 (2.7/08).
