"Top Chef 3" Series � No. 1 Food Show on Cable � Improves Upon Previous Cycle

"Top Chef 3: Miami" Reunion To Reveal Fan Favorite, Wed., Oct. 10th

NEW YORK � October 4, 2007 � For the first time in network history, last night Bravo broadcast its finale for "Top Chef 3: Miami" live from Chicago in which Hung Huynh earned the coveted title of 'Top Chef,' out-cooking Chicago-native Dale Levitski and Casey Thompson from Dallas. The live 10 � 11:15 p.m. ET/PT broadcast attracted 3.079 million total viewers and 2.187 million adults 18-49, making Bravo's "Top Chef 3" finale the No. 1 cable entertainment program for the 10 p.m. hour in total viewers and adults 18-49, according to Nielsen Media Research.

Last night's finale broadcast bolstered the total viewing average for the 14-epsiode series to 2.463 million viewers, marking a seven percent increase over Top Chef 2's 13-episode cycle (10/18/06 � 1/31/2007) and making Bravo's "Top Chef 3" the No. 1 food show on cable across all key demographics (total viewers, A18-49 and A25-54). Additionally, the series averaged 1.683 million adults 18-49 ahead of cycle 2.

"Top Chef 3: Miami" online also proved impressive, attracting 33 percent more total pages views than "Top Chef 2" (38.9 million vs. 29.2 million). And unique visitors to www.bravotv.com "Top Chef" microsite increased 25 percent from the previous cycle with 2.1 million unique visitors vs. 1.7 million.

All 15 chef'testants return next week for Bravo's "Top Chef: Watch What Happens Special" hosted by pop culture pundit and programming executive Andy Cohen, Wed. 10, 10 p.m. ET/PT. Cohen talks turkey with the three finalists and winner Huynh and what's next for the 'Top Chef,' as well as checks in with host Padma Lakshmi, head-judge Tom Colicchio, judge Gail Simmons and culinary expert Ted Allen on their thoughts about the last competition.
