JULY IS OXYGEN'S BEST MONTH EVER

First Month Under Rebrand Oxygen Becomes Fastest Growing Top 25 Ad-Supported Cable Entertainment Network in Primetime Among P18-49 and W18-49

New York July 29, 2008 Oxygen celebrates its highest rated and most watched month ever in both primetime and total day for W18-34, W18-49, P18-49 and total viewers. "Generation O" made Oxygen the fastest growing top 25 cable ad-supported entertainment network in primetime this month -- the first full month under Oxygen's "Live Out Loud" rebrand.

In primetime for the month of July, Oxygen averaged a 0.6 coverage rating (up 100% from July 2007) with 259,000 P18-49 viewers (up 53%), 193,000 W18-49 viewers (up 62%), 90,000 W18-34 viewers (up 50%) and half a million total viewers (up 61%).

For July 2008 total day, Oxygen averaged a 0.3 HH coverage rating (a 50% improvement from the previous year). This month also yielded the network's best ever results on a total day basis among P18-49 (166,000 up 41%), W18-49, (123,000 up 45%), W18-34, (64,000 up 52%), and total viewers (289,000 up 39%). This marks the network's eighteenth consecutive month of year-over-year growth among W18-34, W18-49, P18-49 and total viewers on a total day basis.

The week of July 7 was Oxygen's most watched week ever in prime for P18-49 (303,000), W18-49 (222,000), W18-34 (111,000) and total viewers (580,000). It was also our highest rated week ever on a HH coverage basis (0.7 HH coverage rating).

Oxygen.com also had a notable July, with its most trafficked month ever. Page views reached 12 million, up 541% versus July 2007. Video streams reached 1.1 million; the best ever results for July.

Due in large part to this success is the return of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," which broke records during the month. This season has celebrated Oxygen's most watched telecast ever for W18-49, the show's best premiere, most watched telecast, and garnered Oxygen its best Tuesday primetime ever (on July 22). Concurrent with the success of the show, Tori's book "sTORI Telling" is climbing the charts as a New York Times bestseller.
