Victory Is CBS's 8th Consecutive November Win in Viewers; 6th Straight in Adults 25-54

CBS Wins More Nights in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54 Than Any Other Network

CBS Wins All Four Thursdays and Fridays in Viewers and Key Demos

14 Programs Hit Series or Season High Ratings

"NCIS," "The Big Bang Theory," "Ghost Whisperer," "Numb3rs," "Cold Case," "The Unit," "How I Met Your Mother," "Two and a Half Men, "The Mentalist," "The Amazing Race," "The New Adventures of Old Christine," "Gary Unmarried," "60 Minutes" and "48 Hours Mystery" All Scale New Heights

With three nights remaining, CBS is projected to win the November 2008 sweep in viewers and adults 25-54 and is currently in a dead heat for first in adults 18-49, according to updated Nielsen live plus same day ratings, fast national ratings through Sunday, Nov. 23. and CBS projections for the final three days. The November sweep concludes Wednesday night.

The November win marks CBS's eighth consecutive November victory in viewers and sixth straight in adults 25-54.

Based on ratings through Sunday, CBS will win more nights in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 than any other network. Through Sunday, CBS has won 13 nights in viewers, 11 nights in adults 18-49 and 12 nights in adults 25-54.

CBS won every Thursday and Friday in all key measures, two of three Mondays so far in adults 18-49 and every Tuesday so far (excluding Election Night) in viewers.

CBS's new and returning programs gained ratings momentum throughout the month as 14 programs either earned series or season high ratings in viewers and/or key demographics.

CBS programs delivering series high ratings were NCIS (18.75m, 4.0/10 season high in adults 18-49), THE BIG BANG THEORY (10.01m, 3.9/10 in adults 18-49) along with freshman series THE MENTALIST (16.52m, 4.0/10) and GARY UNMARRIED (7.88m, 2.7/08)

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (9.99, 4.4/11), TWO AND A HALF MEN (15.18m), GHOST WHISPERER (11.58m, 2.9/10), NUMB3RS (11.28m, 2.7/08), THE AMAZING RACE (12.13m, 3.5/08m), COLD CASE (12.28m), THE UNIT(10.23m), THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE (7.85m), 60 MINUTES (25.11m, 6.3/16) and 48 HOURS MYSTERY (8.12m, 1.9/06) all hit season highs.

CBS will have the #1 program on five nights: Tuesday (NCIS), Wednesday (CRIMINAL MINDS), Thursday (CSI), Friday (GHOST WHISPERER) and Sunday (60 MINUTES). Additionally, CBS had Monday's top scripted program (TWO AND A HALF MEN).
