Network Is First in Viewers and Adults 25-54

"NCIS" Is the Week's No. 1 Program in Viewers; "Two and a Half Men" Ranks First Among Scripted Series in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

CBS Has the No. 1 Program on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

CBS placed first in viewers and adults 25-54 and dominated the week's program rankings with 9 of the Top 10 and 16 of the Top 20, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending June 21, week 39 of the 2008-2009 television year.

NCIS (R) #1, TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) #2, THE MENTALIST TUESDAY (R) #3, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION (R) #4, THE MENTALIST (R) #5, THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) #7, 60 MINUTES (R) #8, CSI: MIAMI (R) #9 and CRIMINAL MINDS (R) #10 were the week's most watched programs.

CBS had the top program of the night on Monday (TWO AND A HALF MEN), Tuesday (NCIS), Thursday (CSI), Saturday (48 HOURS MYSTERY) and Sunday (60 MINUTES).

For the week in viewers: CBS (6.96m), FOX (4.73m), NBC (4.57m) and ABC (3.68m). Summer-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (7.36m), ahead of ABC (5.51m), NBC (5.39m) and FOX (5.30m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (2.0/06) and second in adults 18-49 (1.4/05). Summer-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54.

For the week in households: CBS (4.7/09), ABC (3.1/06), FOX (3.0/06) and ABC (2.4/04). In households, summer-to-date, CBS is first (4.9/09) ahead of both NBC and ABC (3.5/06, each) and FOX (3.3/06).
