CBS WINS THE WEEK IN VIEWERS

CBS Has Three of the Top Five Programs and Six of the Top 10

"NCIS" Is the Number One Drama in Viewers and Adults 25-54

"Two and a Half Men" Is the Number One Scripted Series in Key Demos for the Third Consecutive Week

CBS placed first in viewers for the fourth time in five weeks this summer with three of the top five programs and six of the top 10, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending June 28, week 40 of the 2008-2009 television year.

NCIS was the week's top drama (#2 program overall) in viewers and adults 25-54 and TWO AND A HALF MEN was the top scripted series in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 for the third consecutive week.

For the week in viewers: CBS (6.51m), NBC (5.52m), ABC (4.47m) and FOX (4.20m). Summer-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (7.23m), ahead of NBC (5.45m), ABC (5.35m) and FOX (5.15m).

For the week in households: CBS (4.3/08), NBC (3.6/07), ABC (2.9/05) and FOX (2.6/05). In households, summer-to-date, CBS is first (4.8/09), ahead of NBC (3.5/06), ABC (3.4/06) and FOX (3.2/06).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (1.8/05) and averaged a 1.3/04 in adults 18-49.
