CBS WINS THURSDAY IN VIEWERS AND ADULTS 25-54

"The Mentalist" is the Night's Top Program in Viewers

CBS placed first on Thursday in viewers and adults 25-54 led by THE MENTALIST, the night's No. 1 program in viewers, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Feb. 4.

At 8:00 PM, SURVIVING SURVIVOR (S), a one-hour special looking back at one of the decade's most influential shows and featuring interviews and updates with some its most beloved castaways, was second in households (5.1/08), viewers (8.29m), adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07).

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (8.9/14), viewers (14.57m), second in adults 25-54 (4.4/10) and averaged a 3.2/08 in 18-49. Compared to the last first-run episode (on Jan. 21), CSI was up +3% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/08), even in adults 25-54 and added +280,000 viewers (from 14.29m, +2%).

THE MENTALIST was first in households (9.4/16), viewers (14.75m), adults 25-54 (4.5/11) and second in adults 18-49 (3.3/09, -0.1 behind ABC). Compared to the last first-run episode (on Jan. 21), THE MENTALIST was up +7% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/11), +6% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/08) and added +190,000 (from 14.56m, +1%).

Compared to the last first-run episode (on Jan. 21), THE MENTALIST was up +5% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/11), +6% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/08) and added +120,000 (from 14.56m, +1%).
