The Mentalist and "Csi" Top Week's Scripted Series in Viewers

"THE MENTALIST" AND "CSI" TOP WEEK'S SCRIPTED SERIES IN VIEWERS

Rebroadcasts of "The Big Bang Theory" and "Two and a Half Men" Lead all Comedies in Key Demographics

"Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains" is Thursday's Number One Program in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

"The Amazing Race" Sprints to Sunday Time Period Win

In a week comprised primarily of rebroadcasts, CBS's THE MENTALIST and CSI were the top two scripted programs of the week in viewers, while THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) and TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) led all comedies among key demographics, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending April 25, week 31 of the 2009-2010 television season.

SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was Thursday's top program in key demos while THE MENTALIST was first in viewers.

For the week in viewers: CBS (8.37m), FOX (9.23m), ABC (7.37m) and NBC (5.71m). Season-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (11.90m), ahead of FOX (10.03m), ABC (8.54m) and NBC (8.51m).

For the week in households: CBS (5.3/09), FOX (5.4/09), ABC (4.7/08) and NBC (3.7/06). In households season-to-date, CBS is first (7.2/12), ahead of FOX (5.9/09), ABC (5.4/09) and NBC (5.3/09).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 2.7/07 in adults 25-54 and 1.9/06 in adults 18-49. Season to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.1/10, tie with FOX) and second in adults 18-49 (3.2/09).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

? TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) was second in households (7.1/11), viewers (11.42m), adults 25-54 (4.6/11) and adults 18-49 (3.8/10).

? THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) was first in households (7.1/11), viewers (11.66m), adults 25-54 (5.0/12), adults 18-49 (4.1/11) and adults 18-34 (2.8/08) � beating the first-run series premiere of "Romantically Challenged."

? CSI: MIAMI was first in households (7.3/12), viewers (11.66m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09). CSI: MIAMI was up +4% in households (from 7.0/12), +10% in both adults 25-54 (from 4.0/11) and adults 18-49 (from 3.0/09) and added +880,000 viewers (from 10.78m, +8%) compared to last week.

? THE GOOD WIFE (R) was first in households (5.2/09) and viewers (7.67m), beating first-run programming on both NBC and ABC.

-- CBS was first on Thursday in households (8.2/14), viewers (13.40m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.1/09). CBS swept these measures for the sixth straight Thursday.

? SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was first in households (7.0/12), viewers (11.89m), adults 25-54 (4.8/13) and adults 18-49 (3.6/11). SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was the night's number one program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (8.2/14), viewers (13.35m) and adults 25-54 (4.0/10); it was second in adults 18-49 (2.8/08, -0.1 behind NBC).

? THE MENTALIST was first in households (9.4/16), viewers (14.96m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09). THE MENTALIST was the night's number one program in viewers.
