AMERICA THE STORY OF US AND PAWN STARS LEAD THE CHARGE

New York, June 2, 2010 - With the overwhelming success of AMERICA THE STORY OF US, and the continued growth of regularly scheduled series' PAWN STARS and AMERICAN PICKERS, HISTORY(TM) experienced its best May of all time with year over year increases in all key demos. In addition, HISTORY's monthly prime average ranked in the top 5 among all four key demographics vs. ad supported cable for the fourth straight month.

· How May 2010 ranks vs. ALL MAYS since HISTORY began being measured and vs. 2009:

· #1 A25-54 impressions (716,000) (+28% vs. 2009)

· #1 A18-49 impressions (630,000) (+24% vs. 2009)

· #1 A18-34 impressions (253,000) (+27% vs. 2009)

· #1 M25-54 impressions (477,000) (+26% vs. 2009)

· #1 M18-49 impressions (415,000) (+18% vs. 2009)

· #1 M18-34 impressions (165,000) (+25% vs. 2009)

· #1 Total Viewers (1.5 million) (+ 36% vs. 2009)

AMERICA THE STORY OF US was a big part of May's success. As previously announced the first night was watched by 5.7 million total viewers and drew a 4.0 household rating and was the highest rated, most watched special in network history.

AMERICA THE STORY OF US through 5 weeks garnered:

· 3.7 million total viewers

· 1.8 million A25-54 impressions

· 1.6 million A18-49 impressions

· 1.1 million M25-54 impressions

· 1.1 million M18-49 impressions

In addition, in May, AMERICA THE STORY OF US propelled HISTORY to the top cable network in its time slot across all key metrics (excluding Sports).

AMERICA THE STORY OF US was an epic six-night television event which culminated on Memorial Day.
