CBS Has Six of the Week's Top 10 Programs - More Than All of the Other Networks Combined

CBS HAS SIX OF THE WEEK'S TOP 10 PROGRAMS - MORE THAN ALL OF THE OTHER NETWORKS COMBINED

The Premiere of "Flashpoint" Wins its Time Period in Viewers and Key Demos

CBS broadcast six of the top 10 programs - more than all of the other networks combined - according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending June 6, week 37 of the 2009-2010 television year.

CBS programs in the top 10 included NCIS (#4), 60 MINUTES (#5), TWO AND A HALF MEN SPECIAL (#7), THE BIG BANG THEORY SPECIAL (#8), THE MENTALIST (#9) and NCIS: LOS ANGELES (#10).

Additionally, CBS had the top five scripted programs: NCIS, TWO AND A HALF MEN SPECIAL, THE BIG BANG THEORY SPECIAL, THE MENTALIST and NCIS: LOS ANGELES.

The premiere of FLASHPOINT won its Friday (9:00-10:00 PM) time period in viewers and key demographics.

For the week in viewers: CBS (6.60m), ABC (7.15m), NBC (5.72m) and FOX (5.12m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 2.0/06 in adults 25-54 and 1.4/04 in adults 18-49.

For the week in households: CBS (4.4/08), ABC (4.4/08), NBC (3.4/06) and FOX (3.2/06).

CBS Weekly Highlights:

-- Monday, CBS was first in households (4.9/08) and viewers (7.72m); it was tied for first in adults 25-54 (2.8/07, with ABC).

? TWO AND A HALF MEN SPECIAL (R) (S) was first in households (6.1/10), viewers (9.85m), adults 25-54 (3.7/09) and adults 18-49 (2.7/07). TWO AND A HALF MEN SPECIAL was the night's #1 program in viewers.

? THE BIG BANG THEORY SPECIAL (R) (S) was first in households (5.8/10), viewers (9.47m), adults 25-54 (3.9/09) and adults 18-49 (3.0/08). THE BIG BANG THEORY SPECIAL was the night's #1 program in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.

? FLASHPOINT (P) was first in households (3.9/07), viewers (6.06m), adults 25-54 (1.9/06) and adults 18-49 (1.3/05). FLASHPOINT was night's #1 program in adults 25-54; it tied with MIAMI MEDICAL and "Dateline Friday" as the #1 program in adults 18-49.
