Network Continues to Have the Top Five New Series in Viewers and Top Three In Adults 18-49

CBS Has the Week's Top Eight Scripted Series Led by "NCIS"

"The Big Bang Theory" Tops Thursday in Adults 18-49 for the Fourth Consecutive Week

"The Good Wife" Sweeps Time Period for the Sixth Consecutive Broadcast

CBS placed first in viewers for the seventh time in eight weeks and continued to have the season's top five new series in viewers and top three in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Nov. 14, week eight of the 2010-2011 television season.

NCIS, NCIS: LOS ANGELES, THE MENTALIST, TWO AND A HALF MEN, THE BIG BANG THEORY, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, CRIMINAL MINDS and THE GOOD WIFE were the week's top eight scripted programs.

For the week in viewers: CBS (10.72m), ABC (10.11m), NBC (7.37m) and FOX (7.26m). Season-to-date in viewers: CBS (12.69m), ABC (9.94m), FOX (8.23m) and NBC (8.06m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was tied for first in adults 25-54 (3.4/09, with ABC) and averaged 2.5/07 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in both adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (3.3/09), up +2% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/10) and +3% in adults 18-49 (from 3.2/09).

For the week in households: CBS (6.6/11), ABC (6.3/11), NBC (4.7/08) and FOX (4.3/07). Season-to-date, CBS is first in households (7.7/13) followed by ABC (6.3/10), NBC (5.0/08) and FOX (4.9/08).

? HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.5/08, 8.89m) was tied for first in adults 18-49 (3.5/09, with FOX) and was second in adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and adults 18-34 (2.9/09).

? TWO AND A HALF MEN was tied for first in adults 18-49 (4.3/11, with ABC) and was second in households (8.3/12), viewers (13.63m) and adults 25-54 (5.5/12).

? MIKE & MOLLY was second in households (6.7/10), viewers (10.80m), adults 25-54 (4.5/10) and adults 18-49 (3.5/09).

? HAWAII FIVE-0 was first in adults 25-54 (3.7/10), adults 18-49 (2.9/08); it was second in both households (6.5/11) and viewers (10.23m).

? NCIS was first in households (12.0/19), viewers (19.87m), adults 25-54 (5.5/14) and second in adults 18-49 (4.0/11). NCIS was the night's #1 program in households, viewers and adults 25-54.

? THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (8.0/14), viewers (12.33m), adults 25-54 (3.3/09) and adults 18-49 (2.2/07) for the sixth straight broadcast.

? THE MENTALIST was first in households (8.5/15), viewers (13.84m) and adults 25-54 (4.0/11); it was second in adults 18-49 (2.8/08, -0.1 behind ABC). THE MENTALIST was the night's #1 program in viewers.

-- On Friday, CBS was first in households (5.8/11), viewers (9.16m), adults 25-54 (2.3/07) and adults 18-49 (1.6/05). CBS was first on Friday for the eighth consecutive Friday in these measures.

? CSI: NY was first in households (6.4/11) and viewers (10.02m); the show was tied for first in adults 25-54 (2.4/07, with ABC) and second in adults 18-49 (1.7/06).

? BLUE BLOODS was first in households (6.6/13), viewers (10.57m) and adults 25-54 (2.4/07) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.6/05, with NBC). Compared to last week, BLUE BLOODS was up +2% in households (from 6.5/12), even in adults 25-54 and added +260,000 viewers (from 10.31m, +3%).
