FOX Ranked No. 1 Among Teens, Placed Second Among Young Adults and Finished Third Among Adults 18-49 Last Week

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 6 - 12, 2010

With the Fall finales of GLEE and RAISING HOPE and significant gains by its Sunday animation block, FOX ranked No. 1 among Teens, placed second among young adults and finished third among Adults 18-49 last week. Season to date, FOX is holding steady in second place this Fall with a 2.9/8 average among Adults 18-49.

Key weekly highlights:

· FOX's Tuesday comedies once again led to a nightly win among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and Teens.

· GLEE posted a 4.4/13 among Adults 18-49 and was the highest-rated program of the night among Adults 18-49. Among Adults 18-34 and Teens, GLEE was also the highest-rated program of the night for the 10th consecutive Tuesday with originals.

· At 9p RAISING HOPE delivered a 2.8/8 among Adults 18-49, up +4% from the previous week (2.7/7), its highest rating since week two among Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers (since 9/28/10).

· On Saturday, COPS and AMERICA'S MOST WANTED gave FOX a nightly win among all key demos:

· Back to back episodes of COPS at 8p and 8:30p each ranked No. 1 in their respective time periods among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54.

· At 9p, AMERICA'S MOST WANTED ranked No. 1 in its hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54, Teens and all key male and female demos.

· Sunday's Animation Domination originals achieved double-digit weekly gains:

· THE SIMPSONS at 8p delivered a 3.2/8 among Adults 18-49 and ranked No. 1 in the half hour among Teens.

· At 8:30p an hour-long FAMILY GUY posted a 3.9/9 among Adults 18-49, up +18% from its last telecast (3.3/8 on 11/21/10).

· AMERICAN DAD followed with a 3.1/7 among Adults 18-49, its highest rating this season and up +24% compared to the previous week (2.5/6).
